Cora Overacker I went into the Abbotsford location about a week ago. Was looking for a particular item for a wedding. I was greeted warmly by the sales clerk. She let me look around for a few minutes then asked if needed help. I then told her about what I was looking for. Unfortunately the selection wasnt good this time of year. She then went the extra mile & thought of something else. A ornament. It wasnt exactly what I was looking for but she left with me a Wonderful idea!!! Her name is Khrystyna & she is such a warm & thoughtful sales clerk. You are EXTREMELY lucky to have her as part of your team. Its people like her is why I would return to shop here again. It is very hard to find good customer service anymore. She gave me unbelievable service!!! Customer service is not easy...I have been in it.
