Tir Nan Og - (Near Kingston, ON)

Avneet Singh My recent visit to Aqua Terra was an incredible experience, as it coincided with my birthday. The dishes we ordered were all excellent, though the dessert from the combined menu was slightly underwhelming. However, the overall dining experience was delightful, especially the Burrata Carrot Salad and the pasta filled with local squash, which were the highlights of our order. The chef thoughtfully provided complimentary beef skewers with chili sauce, which added a very personal touch. Additionally, when my friend requested a special birthday presentation for me with another dessert—perhaps a candle—they executed it with great care and consideration, making the celebration even more memorable. I would be remiss not to mention the exceptional service we received. Our server was extremely professional, concise, and attentive, making the entire experience effortless and pleasant. He had a small silver-grey beard-. I apologise for forgetting his name and giving not so helpful description of him, but I sincerely hope he is recognized and appreciated for his outstanding service.

Forest Bai We had a lovely dinner here! All the staff were super kind and welcoming and offered great recommendations. The braised short rib was tender and not too salty. The burger was tender, and was a great portion size. The brie appetizer was phenomenal, we would definitely come back for that. Tuna tartare wasn’t anything too special but a good portion for the price. We ended off the meal with the billie miner pie which was phenomenal (more of an ice cream cake rather than a pie though).

Spencer MacEachern We enjoyed our lovely V-Day dinner at the CP, a real institution of Kingston if there ever was one! Our server was friendly and lovely and told us a bit of the history of the place too, as a bonus. Will gladly go back again next time were in Kingston!

Ronald Leaman I ordered the ribs and they were alittle dry but really spicy. Not like heat hot, more like black peper hot! The garlic mash was smooth and the fried mushrooms were terrific! The app we got was garlic Alfredo, lots of cheese really creamy and worth every bite!

Anita K My husband and I stopped by here while we were on our way to Ottawa and were so glad we did because we had such a lovely experience at this location of Chucks Roadhouse Bar & Grill. From the moment we walked in, we were amazed at the place. From the beautiful patio seating, to the very spacious indoor area with several TV screens in every corner. From the moment we came to the moment we left, we were treated with such great hospitality. Our bartender made the best spicy Margherita I have ever had, it was so good that I couldnt leave without having another one. My husband and I ordered the spinach and cheese dip, some nachos and mozzarella sticks as starters and they did not disappoint. Everything was perfectly cooked and seasoned to perfection. For our mains, we ordered a chicken sizzler and a rack of ribs and some wings and boy were they yummy. We ended of our night with some toffee pudding which was so good that I still think about it. My husband and I left this place with our stomachs and hearts so full and we already know that we will be coming back soon! A special shoutout to the owners who took extra care of us and made sure we had such a wonderful time!
