AC Amazing meal!!! Every dish was divine - perfect blend of flavors, fresh ingredients and beautiful plating. Service is also top notch. Last but not least, when we asked for photos with the chef, he even helped us tell Uber to wait for us in French (we don’t speak French. Super nice. Highly recommend!!

Christine Spencer This was my second time eating at a Michelin Star restaurant and I can safely say they deserved that star and then some. The service was incredible (thanks Simon!), the atmosphere was great, and the food…as much a treat for the eyes as the tastebuds. How fun it was to meet the chef as well. We loved every second of our experience and I would highly recommend checking this place out.

Ross Hamilton Came across this place while looking for breakfast near our hotel. What a find it is! Great food and friendly, fast service with reasonable prices. The bread and jam are homemade and you can even buy a jar of the jam to take home and enjoy!

Timothée Ouellon The chefs counter was top tier! The food and service was immaculate, all while retaining the element of coziness & warmth, all while being able to greatly showcase all of the local products.

Matthew Muirhead We had a 6 p.m. reservation and arrived a little early, but were seated right away. The service was impeccable — attentive without being overbearing — and we felt genuinely well taken care of throughout the evening. Even though we were slightly ahead of the dinner rush, all three courses came out promptly and were beautifully prepared. The antipasto was well balanced and more than generous for two people. The seafood pasta was fresh, perfectly cooked, and loaded with seafood — exactly what you’d hope for. The veal Parmesan was the best I’ve had in years: well seasoned, with a perfect balance of pasta and cheese. And the crème brûlée was absolutely worth saving room for. I would absolutely recommend this spot as a must-visit when you’re in Quebec City.

Akhil Vijay I recently had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant and wanted to share my thoughts. From the moment we walked in, the ambiance felt warm and inviting. I visited with my baby son, who was in a stroller, and the staff went out of their way to accommodate us. They even offered to heat up his baby food, which was a thoughtful gesture and made us feel very welcome as a young family. As for the food, everything we tried was excellent. I ordered the duck wings in soy sauce, onion soup, and the beet salad. The duck wings were tender and coated in a rich, slightly sweet soy glaze that was full of flavor. The onion soup was hearty and comforting, with a deep broth and a perfectly melted cheese topping. The beet salad was fresh and vibrant, with a good balance of earthy sweetness and acidity. Each dish was well-prepared and presented with care. Service was friendly, efficient, and attentive without being intrusive. It’s not always easy finding places that are both baby-friendly and serve high-quality food, but this restaurant checked all the boxes. I’d definitely return and highly recommend it to others—especially families.
