Sangkyu An I personally recommend the regular table over the chef’s table — the atmosphere is much nicer. The service was top-notch and truly the highlight of the experience. I was excited for the vongole pasta, but it was a bit underwhelming. However, the lasagna was absolutely amazing and a must-try. The chicken was good but fairly standard. Overall, it’s a great place to order several dishes and enjoy them with drinks — perfect for sharing and pairing.

Kare Kare I went for happy hour at 5pm. You can only sit on the patio or lounge for happy hour. Restaurant seating is not available if you want to order their happy hour menu. Fridays are best with $2 oysters and half price bubbles. Definitely worth it. The dozen of oysters was so worth it. Super fresh and sweet. Fanny bay oysters were very large and meaty. Worth the $2 a piece. Tempura oysters were delicious. Oysters were fresh and the batter was so light. Very well done at $10 happy hour pricing. Beef carpaccio is well seasoned. Maybe a bit small for the price even at happy hour. Beets were delicious. The sauce paired well with the sweet beets. Truffle fries are not memorable. Fries are a bit hard after frying. Had two cocktails. The one with ginger beer was delicious. Well worth the price and so tasty. Hawksworth cocktail was okay. Still tasty but the one with ginger beer was better. Overall, I enjoy the food at Hawksworth. Would come again to try another menu.

Irena M What a beautiful spot downtown Vancouver. If you want to feel small around tall skyscrapers downtown Vancouver, have amazing food and drinks this is it. I highly recommend this spot. The food is delicious, prepared quickly. Also great for romantic occasions. The Mezze Selection is 3 delicious dips with pita! Authentic, tasty food with great service. Happy hour menu is a great deal as well. This is our 3rd time at this place and we will definitely keep coming back. Thank you for a nice evening.

Jessica Tite Came here on Saturday for the brunch buffet. Our waitress, Millan, was absolutely wonderful! She made menu suggestions, frequently checked in, told us funny stories and was just overall fantastic. The restaurant is very clean with a nice aesthetic. The volume level is low and tables are spaced out so it feels like a private dining experience even with others around you. Great place to dine if you enjoy lower stimulation environments. The food was amazing! All items have a carb base which gets you fuller faster, but the variety is great and the food is highly elevated for a buffet. My favorite items include buttermilk biscuits, which are warm and go great with the honey butter, the pulled short rib benedict that has the lightest crumbly corn bread Ive ever had and a delicious black garlic hollandaise, and the chili maple brussel sprouts which have the perfect sweetness balanced by the dry feta. My husband loved the chicken and waffle and the smoked salmon rosti. The Berry Smoothie was refreshing, and the ooey gooey skillet a great dessert. I wanted to try the lobster Mac N cheese but my husband has a shellfish allergy and they dont offer half portions. All in all, I would come back again if a friend or family member wanted to try out the buffet. Would reccomend this place to others. Thanks to Millan for making our experience unforgettable!

Judy S What a wonderful restaurant! First time here and I would definitely come back. Everyone was so friendly, service was excellent. The food was delicious, flavorful, reasonably priced, and beautifully presented. We had borsch soup (love the way they offer tips on how to eat it and serve it with bread, garlic & salt), cheese pierogies, potato and dill pierogies, chicken Kyiv, potato latkes. Their drinks were great too - including their lemonades, mulled wine, and cocktails. The restaurant itself is very pretty and they have a bakery area inside too.

Michael Connolly Took my son here for his 19th birthday celebration and it was one very, very memorable dinner. The cocktails were extremely well crafted, the service was great and the food was mind expanding. It was really good. Special appreciation for the sommelier Matthew. He was very knowledgeable and extremely enthusiastic about sharing his knowledge and passion. This is definitely a special occasion venue, but Ill be back for sure.
