Miku Vancouver - Vancouver

Rating: 4.6 /5
BSM I had an incredible experience at Miku. After hearing so much about it, I finally went — and it exceeded every expectation. The sushi was absolutely exceptional. These are some of the finest cuts of fish you’ll find in Vancouver — incredibly fresh, beautifully prepared, and full of flavor. This isn’t just your regular sushi spot; it’s a full dining experience. Every dish felt thoughtfully crafted and elevated. The bartender and overall service were truly top notch. Attentive, knowledgeable, and professional without being overbearing. You can tell the team takes pride in what they do. The restaurant itself is beautiful, with a stunning location and a polished, upscale atmosphere. Even the bathroom facilities are clean and modern — everything reflects quality and attention to detail. In my opinion, this is the perfect place to take a date or celebrate something special. Amazing food, incredible service, and a gorgeous setting. Highly recommended — I love this place and will absolutely be back.

Diva at the Met - Vancouver

Susan Ninow We enjoyed an excellent Dine Out Vancouver dinner at Diva at the Metropolitan. The service was truly exceptional—Eka, the Assistant Manager, was so welcoming and ensured we had a wonderful evening, and Maraya was an attentive, friendly server. Every course was a hit: the Beet & Burrata Salad was fresh and light, the Braised Short Rib was melt-in-your-mouth tender on a bed of risotto, and the Pistachio Tiramisu was absolutely heavenly. It was also excellent value for a downtown hotel dinner. I highly recommend Diva at the Met. We look forward to another visit!

Michael Connolly Took my son here for his 19th birthday celebration and it was one very, very memorable dinner. The cocktails were extremely well crafted, the service was great and the food was mind expanding. It was really good. Special appreciation for the sommelier Matthew. He was very knowledgeable and extremely enthusiastic about sharing his knowledge and passion. This is definitely a special occasion venue, but Ill be back for sure.

Cactus Club Cafe - Vancouver

Liz Co We came to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and our server Kale was amazing! He was so attentive and so kind!! The only negative part of the meal was when another server brought out the happy birthday dessert. She was quite rude, didn’t even ask who the birthday dessert was for and of course didn’t even wish a happy birthday to my daughter. She just brought it out and dumped it on the corner of the table and left. Kale came by and wished a happy birthday to my daughter and also when we were leaving. He definitely deserves a shoutout! My 4 star for the service was because of the other server who brought out the birthday dessert. Food was delicious and the steaks were cooked perfectly!

Earl Peng _ Kumofoodlist We visited DAHLIA at the AZUR Legacy Collection Hotel ahead of Dine Out Vancouver and really enjoyed the experience. The space feels cozy, elegant, and relaxed — a great setting for both lunch or dinner. We tried a mix of dishes from the Lunch and Dinner menus. The mussels with ’nduja were a standout, super flavourful and well cooked. For mains, the Dover sole and filet mignon were both done nicely — the fish was delicate and the steak was tender with a classic peppercorn sauce. The spaghetti bolognese was simple and comforting. Dessert was a highlight, especially the tiramisu, which was rich without being too heavy. We also had a couple of cocktails that were refreshing and well balanced. Overall, good food, attentive service, and a comfortable atmosphere. Definitely worth checking out during Dine Out Vancouver.
