5 /5 Matt Wikman: After shopping for my weekly groceries I was met by Donna H at the checkout and she was a delight to deal with. Fantastic attitude and a smile on her face from the second she said hello. There was a customer in front of me that was rather miserable towards her after I mistakenly had her scan my big bag of rice when it wasn’t my turn. This was 100% my fault. Donna dealt with it in a positive, professional manner and kept everything moving smoothly without making anyone feel awkward about the mix-up. She stayed friendly and patient the entire time, even while dealing with a difficult situation and an obviously grumpy customer. Customer service like that makes a big difference. Donna turned what could have been an uncomfortable moment into a pleasant checkout experience. She’s a great example of professionalism and positivity—definitely deserves recognition!

5 /5 Himani Handa: I visited Superstore around 9:30 p.m. looking for a specific drink, and I couldn’t find it on my own. One of the staff members truly went above and beyond — he walked with me through the aisles and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I didn’t catch his name, but I really appreciate his effort and kindness. Thank you for the excellent customer service!

3 /5 Wendy Jordan-Olive: I was shopping today in the Kelowna store. I was looking for some cheese. I came across what looked like a sale on the 1.35kg Armstrong Marble cheese. The price was 8.99, which is the normal price of the smaller size. I looked to see if the smaller size was on sale and couldnt find any so grabbed that one. I took a picture of it just in case there were any problems. When going through the check out it came through at a higher price. I showed the clerk and she said she would have to do a price check. The employee who did the check came back to say it was priced wrong. The clerk asked if she should give me the price that was posted and told no. This is wrong. It is not my fault that someone put the wrong price on it. A very disappointing experience.

You were so kind and helpful, and it sucks to see you be treated badly from another co worker, “Tracey” said the tag on her shirt. You should learn to treat others nicer, and not only that, but if you have something to criticize about them, don’t do it in front of customers. Treat your co workers better.

1 /5 jessica giraldo velez: Terrible customer service. I paid $39 for an 18 kg bag of rice. Five days later, I wanted to return it because I accidentally bought the larger size, which is too much for me as I live alone. I only wanted to exchange it for a smaller one. They told me they could only refund $28 because that was the current promotional price, meaning I would lose $11 for no valid reason. That made no sense to me. After explaining my position and discussing it, they finally refunded the full amount, but their attitude throughout the process was very unpleasant. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
