They took the time to answer my questions and made the whole shopping experience feel easy and enjoyable. The store was clean, well organized, and welcoming. Reeale McEwen I love coming in and seeing Emily shes so sweet, so helpful and just and over all joy to be around, I absolutely luv her. She always quick to put a smile on my face while giving beyond exceptional customer service and I appreciate her so much for it. Everyone who works here is great and super knowledgeable I just prefer to have Emily deal with me as shes my favorite person. I hope management gives her the recognition she deserves as she truly a delight to be around and deal with.

Josie B I bought a sweater I haven’t even worn yet and it’s already pilling. I also purchased a $200 “cashmere” cardigan that’s pilled after just three wears definitely not worth the price and no way it’s actual cashmere. The in-store experience isn’t much better. When you’re in line for a purchase or return, staff keep pulling people out of the line and walking them up beside the only cashier, leaving everyone standing awkwardly next to each other. Just leave people in the line or jump on cash and actually ring the person through. What you are doing is useless and irritating when you could be actually doing something. The fittings rooms have become a common item on people’s “Kanye betrayal list” and you all know what I mean. No mirrors inside, so you have to keep stepping out to check your outfit while everyone’s standing around. Plus, the curtains barely close. For what they charge, the overall experience is seriously disappointing.
