Neelakshi Gupta Visited this lovely little park twice while I was on a solo trip to Montreal. Loved the calm, quiet and the shade under the hot summer sun. After roaming around the streets of Montreal all day, for 2 days, this is where I used to rest and give my feet a break from the long walks. The fountain here is oh so beautiful and so is the view of the pretty and colourful Les Galeries du Palais building. I miss it already. Hope to be back soon - with bae! ❤️

Joy Solomon The Montreal Museum of Illusions is less about artifacts and more about experiences. Every corner is a chance for a ridiculously fun photo op. Expect to take dozens of photos and spend lots of time laughing as you try to figure out how the heck they pulled off some of the exhibits. A perfect, fun way to spend an afternoon! Highly recommend!

I’m Chilling Our visit to Mount Royal Park was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we started our walk up the mountain, we were captivated by the natural beauty surrounding us. It took just about 5-10 minutes to reach the scenic overlook, and the panoramic view of the entire city was absolutely breathtaking—definitely worth the short hike. After soaking in the views, we continued our adventure to the lake on the opposite side of the mountain, which was another pleasant 10-15 minute walk. The lush greenery and peaceful atmosphere made the journey enjoyable. Once we reached the lake, we decided to rent a paddle boat, which was such a fun and relaxing experience. For just 22 CAD, we spent a delightful 30 minutes on the water, enjoying the serene environment and the company of each other. The entire experience was both beautiful and refreshing, offering a perfect blend of nature and recreation. Whether you’re looking to take in stunning city views, enjoy a peaceful walk, or have some fun on the water, Mount Royal Park is the place to be. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Montreal!

Emma K This park is delightful. Located alongside beautiful homes, with mature trees, lots of people walking around enjoying nature and the scenery. Even has a little cafe in the middle of the park along with a gorgeous fountain. Squirrels were unusually friendly. Paths are not paved though..so watch your step.

Alexey Alexeev Nice historical figure! with the real history of the city of old Monreal! Especially a character with a mohawk hairstyle on top is imperturbable in anything !!! With super vandal protection. Good solid fence!

Georges Younes Since my original review three years ago, the museum has temporarily moved to a new location a few minutes on foot from its permanent location in the entertainment district. Its now situated in a much smaller space inside Place Ville Marie. The original location is undergoing extensive renovations that were originally scheduled to finish in 2024, but that will probably last much longer. The temporary location doesnt display any of the museums permanent collection, but is still worth a look. Original review: This is not a large museum by any measure. I was expecting it to be bigger because of its location in the heart of the citys entertainment district. What it lacks in size, it makes up in originality, playfulness and quirkiness. The exhibits are visually striking, engaging and well displayed. Go there only if you are willing to play along and let yourself become temporarily part of the exhibits.

Jeff Panaka Had a very special trip here this summer. A beautiful chapel and the real gem is to take the tour and explore the undercroft built by Saint Marguerite Bourgeoys. There is a great tour guide here. I can’t recall his name but he has long hair and studies Alexander the Great. He gave a fantastic tour and telling if the history of this place. Truly a worthwhile visit if in Montreal. 5/5.
